Rowan Cottage Organic Bed & Breakfast

Down to Earth Luxury We are very pleased to offer you a spacious, sunny studio with ensuite in a separate building to our cottage. Perfect for a couple's romantic privacy or a small family/group of friends.  Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you need further information or want to make a reservation.
	Accommodations  We have two rooms that can be used separately or in combination for a family No.1 Studio Room  With a choice of cooked or continental breakfast our No. 1 studio room has a lovely feel from the moment you enter. Polished wooden floors and a redwood ceiling offset the softly painted golden walls. The living area extends onto the deck where you can enjoy the afternoon sun or relax in the spa bath that has plenty of room for two.  The room has it's own ensuite with a luxurious, roomy, tiled shower and a king sized bed.
Indian Summer room Our sunny second room with its own private bathroom and a queen sized bed. A continental breakfast is served in your in the room which is furnished with a TV, fridge and an extra divan bed for a child. It can be used on its own or in combination with the studio room for a family or a group of friends.
	Amenities  The large studio has it's own private ensuite with shower, toilet facilities and a spa bath on the deck. The studio has a luxurious shower in the ensuite as well as a spa bath on the deck. The room also has T.V., tea & coffee making facilities, small fridge and a phone for local calls  The Indian Summer room has a queen sized bed and a divan for a child. It also has its own private bathroom , tea and coffee making facilities, T.V. and refrigerator.

Room Rates  Studio room is $130 per night for a couple. Includes a continental or cooked breakfast. Indian Summer room $110 per night (without breakfast, $120 with) for a couple, rates negotiable for a single person. Children under 15: $45. We do not accept credit cards. Motueka-South Island-Directions  We are easy to find, only 10 minutes walk from the Visitor Information Centre in Motueka.  If you are driving, come down the Main High St, past the shops, past the Police Station. Fearon St is on your right. There is a little stone church on the corner and we are at No.27.You'll love our sign.  See you soon!
