Rates include toast, spreads, tea and coffee.
Continental breakfast and evening meal by arrangement.
Springfield B&B is five minutes away from central Rotorua with it's cafes,
restaurants and tourist hot spots.
Then there is the Rotorua and Springfield Golf clubs. So much to see... Redwood forest with it's walking and hiking tracks. The Gondola, the stadium and of course the lakes.
