The ground-floor Haulashore Apartment offers independence.

The Wakatu Room is at the side of the house & doesn't get a direct view.
However the view can be enjoyed from the lounge, veranda or elevated lawn. 

Our rates are quoted in $NZ & include breakfasts & taxes (GST 15%)

Please check our online calendar for rates, availability & the ability to make a reservation. 
We offer Gaystay guests a 10% discount (except for the Wakatu Room in the low season – May through October). 
Please make it clear you found us on Gaystay for the discount to be applied. 
Long-stay & other discounts may be negotiated.

Location 

Te Puna Wai is in Nelson's prestigious Britannia Heights.
Approx NZ$20 from the airport
7 minute walk to the popular waterfront restaurants
25 minute walk to the city
4 minute drive to the city
$7 cab fare to the city.
Directions.
Follow Highway 6 until it becomes the waterfront; Rocks Rd.
Richardson street is the 1st major intersection on the waterfront part of Rocks Rd; opposite Haulashore Island. The sign-post is on the seaward side.
Follow Richardson up the hill & through a 90º left-hand turn.
Te Puna Wai is on the right (look up). We recommend that you do not U-turn into our driveway. Proceed up past us, turn at the top of the hill & come back down.
It is permissible to park on the road anywhere that there is not a broken yellow line. We recommend you park on the left, facing uphill.
