We are on Cuba Street between Kahu Drive and Webb Street- in the same building as the Kiwi Art House shop. It is at the South end of Cuba St, so near the pubs, but not within earshot! We are on the edge of the CBD and also 10 minutes walk to the middle of Aro Valley.
Buses pick up on the corner of Abel Smith and Taranaki St. Or you can catch the Airport Flyer in Courtney Place to airport ($9 bus, $20 Uber, $30 taxi).
The fare to the railway station is $10 Uber, $12 taxi (approx) and Inter-Island Bluebridge ferries ($15 taxi).
All day there is a constant throng of people coming and going from the cafes and shops of Lower Cuba St, and the Wellington CBD. There is a Chinese takeaway next door, and two well stocked dairies (convenience stores) over the road, and Hell Pizza. On Kahu Drive, 2 minutes walk, is a Thai restaurant, and a Brewery bar called The Third Eye Tuatara Brewery. The Southern Cross Bar and Restaurant with its large garden bar, bistro, free bands at 5 -7pm, and many other features is 5 minutes away. Two more brewery bars, that make and serve a wide variety of brews are nearby.
The Gay area of Wellington is mostly on Cuba St, with S + Ms Bar 5 minutes walk, and Ivy Cabaret and Bar 10 minutes. Tory St has the Checkmate male sauna, just over the road from Te Papa Museum.
The number of different restaurants, cafes and bars within an easy walk are too many to mention, with Courtney Place the main party zone. If you need help booking or finding a venue, just ask us.
Also, your hosts are Thai massage therapists - Keysong has had over 15 years experience. If you have time, a "special" massage can be arranged in their massage suite downstairs with 4 hands!
