All are self catering and positioned so our guests can maintain their privacy and yet all three still capture magnificent views.
We own a small acreage of land and have a few farm animals for commercial purposes. These serve not only to keep the land profitable but also to keep us near to our former farming lives.
Both keen gardeners we are happy to share what we grow when the yield allows.
The Barn sleeps 11. The Hut sleeps 3 and our newest addition, The Tree House, sleeps 5. All three have their own wood fires to keep you snugly warm in winter.
We are 15 minutes from The Tongariro World Heritage Park in the centre of New Zealand's North Island and therefore near to ski fields, trout fishing and many alpine walks including the world famous Tongariro Alpine Crossing.
We are also mid way between Auckland and Wellington.
Your hosts Tim, who has spent his life farming (while also working in hospitality) and Ewan, who is a local school teacher are happy to help you with any inquiries.
